A luxurious creamy fudge packed with Raspberry, Toasted coconut, roasted almonds, and flakes of toasted corn, cooked over an open flame with British sugar, Wessex butter, and Dorset Clotted Cream, resulting in a very moreish mouthful indeed!
A deliciously indulgent fudge artisan crafted in small batches in traditional field kitchens using traditional methods - large copper pans and wooden spoons.
