Human fascination with fungi, one of the oldest organism groups on earth, has remained a constant for centuries. Researched and recorded by a naturalist over the course of 40 years dating back to 1860, Roomytown found these incredible drawings of hundreds of species of fungi from England and Wales rendered in pencil, watercolour, and ink. They chose the most relevant and well-known British fungi species, to curate this one of a kind fine art print.

A vintage inspired typographic print designed and hand printed by Pressed & Folded. - ‘This Is Where The Magic Happens’

This new colour way is printed in a zingy fluorescent red and punchy cobalt blue and is an edition of only 50, numbered and signed ‘P&F’ (Pressed &Folded)
The relief blocks have been carved by hand from lino which then have been inked with a roller and printed on a Stephenson Blake galley proofing press.

Every care goes into making each print as perfect as possible but, due to the nature of the printing process, each print varies very slightly in depth of colour and texture and therefore has its own unique quality
Printed on 350 gsm off-white paper.
Edition of only 50.
Signed and numbered.
