This unique piece of heart jewellery combines two stunning pendants on a delicate trace chain.

One pendant takes a milky, off-white piece of moonstone and encases it in sterling silver plated brass. Catching the light alongside it is a chunky silver heart pendant with a hammered finish. This textured detailing to the heart pendant alongside the organic shape of the moonstone makes this a truly individual piece. This silver necklace can also be worn at two separate lengths using the extender link and lobster clasp for an added bonus!
