Our new opening times will be 10-4  Monday to Saturday. We will be offering private shopping appointments from 9-10am and 4-5pm daily. If you would prefer to shop this way, please contact us to book an appointment.

Please wait until we ask you to enter. This is to ensure we can safely operate within the 2 meter social distancing policy in the UK currently.

Please maintain your distance from other shoppers at all times.

Please use our hand santizer gel on entry and at other points around the store prior to picking anything up.

We would request that you try your purchases on at home and are therefore extending our return policies in line with this. We are not closing our changing rooms and will clean between customers.

At this time we will allow all sale items to be returned for a refund within 7 days. Any non sale items can be returned for a refund within 14 days or a credit note up to 5 weeks. Once we receive returned items we will be steaming them and hanging them up for 72 hours before returning them to the shop floor.

Please make payment with card where possible. Please use the hand sanitizer next to the card machine prior to inserting your card.

We will carry on running a delivery and pick up service from our website during this time.
